Dance Stream Victoria is the leading studio for dance tuition in Pakenham.
We aim to provide a family-friendly environment where students can form meaningful friendships, grow in confidence, feel supported in their learning, develop a love and appreciation of all styles of dance and the arts and realise their full potential not only as dancers but as individuals.
WHAT WE OFFER
Our specially designed programs cater for pre-schoolers, primary aged children, teens and adults. We have classes designed for those who wish to come along and have some fun once or twice a week, as well as our more intensive training programs which prepare our students for competitions and a potential career in dance.

WE UNDERSTAND BUSY FAMILIES
We know that it can be hard to fit dance classes into your family’s already busy schedule. This is why we offer classes across multiple days and times per week. You can sign up for one class per week or take advantage of our generous multi-class discounts which provide great value. Do you have two kids who want to join a class? Make the most of our packages by taking advantage of our family discount when you have more than one person in your immediate family enrolled!
WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
Founded in 2011, Dance Stream Victoria came about after DSV Owner/Director, Rebecca Bickerton, had been working as a school teacher in Pakenham and noticed there was a gap in the local market for high level dance tuition that she had been fortunate to have had growing up.
“After finishing my teaching degree and my full-time dance training I moved to Pakenham to commence my school teaching career. Deep down, I knew I wanted to also start a dance studio but I felt that the area was already flooded with them. After some research though, I discovered that very few studios in the Pakenham area were actually providing intensive training programs for students who wanted to potentially take their dancing further. I knew then, that I wanted to open a studio that would not only offer fun and recreational classes for kids in the local area but also the avenue to take their dancing to the next level if they chose to do so.”
It was then that Dance Stream Victoria was born!
